Mom's and Dad's Club

The Moms and Dads Club is a parent organization that seeks to assist and support the administration and faculty in their efforts to provide a quality Catholic school education. Through its many committees, The Mom's and Dad's Club provides the financial and volunteer support for extracurricular activities, materials, and programs at our school through a variety of initiatives and fundraising activities. Membership dues is $5.00 per adult due at the beginning of each school year.

Meetings

Meetings are held monthly and will be scheduled in the fall.

Funded Projects

The Moms’ and Dads’ Club is an on-going fund raising organization that has a history of involvement in supporting projects to improve the environment and needs of the school

Emergency Medical	Bill Required for registration - update annually and with changes.
Health History	Required for registration.
Registration
Registration 2024-2025	Required to enroll new student for the new school year.
Re-Registration 2024-2025	Required to re-enroll students for the new school year.
Tuition Contract	Required to re-enroll students for the new school year.
Parishioner Verification Letter	Required for all families that belong to another parish. Included on the registration forms.
Photos / Internet
Internet Policy & Agreement	All parents and students must read annually
Photo/Publication Permission	Parents sign annually to grant/restrict photo and publication use
Communication
Email Authorization	Parents sign to authorize school to contact you by email
Volunteer Sheet	To be completed by parents/guardians.
Student Data Sheet	To be completed by parents for each child. Please fill in all information.
Parent/Student Contract	To be signed by parents and students after reviewing Handbook and Parental support statement
Parental Support Statement	To be reviewed annually by parents
