St. Nicholas School welcomes all students who desire an educational experience founded on the Catholic philosophy of education, regardless of religious affiliation. Students must fulfill all age, health, academic and behavioral requirements to be eligible for admission to the school.
According to Ohio Law, students who are five years old on or before September 30th may qualify for admission to kindergarten. All incoming children will go through a thorough kindergarten screening process intended to help determine readiness, placement and assistance in preparing children for kindergarten.
In addition to the registration materials listed below, students in grades one through eight must provide a copy of their most recent report card. At registration, parents/guardians will be asked to sign a Release of Records form, allowing us to request all of the appropriate records for that student from their previous school.
New student registration begins in February.
New Families must fill out the Pre-registration form. Link for the form is listed on our Home Page and also below. Once the pre-registration is approved, a link will be sent for you to complete the registration process.
